Reporting an air conditioning unit fault
If reporting a fault, it may also help to send us a photo of the problem. If you have access to a smart phone please take a photo and then email it to us with your company or personal name in the subject so it will be allocated to your enquiry.

If you have a particular day/time in mind that you would like us to attend please include this in your description and one of our team will be in touch to arrange an appointment for an engineer to visit you.
